Nichole has practiced law in Illinois, Arkansas, and Texas over the last ten years assisting clients with cases in areas including, but not limited to, business formation, employment law, family law, probate, criminal defense, consumer bankruptcy, and corporate litigation. She takes pride in her personal approach to each client’s unique situation with a keen attention to detail.
Prior to landing in North Texas, Nichole received a B.A. in Psychology from Winona State University (Winona, MN). After gaining valuable experience in individual counseling and the business sector, Nichole pursued her childhood dream of attending law school. While working as a vendor for a large retailer, clerking for the City prosecutor, and coordinating cases for the Innocence Project, she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, receiving her law degree in 2007. Immediately thereafter, Nichole moved to Chicago where she obtained experience with an Am Law 100 firm and ventured into a successful private practice.
The desire to return to the south came after her daughter reached school-age (and after a particularly brutal Chicago winter). Nichole looks forward to working through legal issues with businesses and individuals as she integrates into the North Texas community.
In her spare time, Nichole loves hanging out with her daughter for game nights, playing softball, cooking/baking, hiking with their Aussie, “Daisy Mae”, or traveling to one of the many destinations on their ever-growing wish list. She also enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants, and can regularly be seen sporting a cheese-head during football season (GO PACK GO!). She deeply appreciates all of her Cowboys, Vikings, and yes, even Bears friends.
