PSA: Proper Cheeseburger Order

In response to the Great Cheeseburger Controversy of 2017, I’m here to set the record straight.

The proper order of a cheeseburger, from bottom up, is:

1. Bun, lightly brushed with butter and grilled so it does not become soggy from the patty.
2. Patty
3. Cheese
4. Condiments (if any)
5. Lettuce (not “salad”)
6. Tomato
7. Bun

Anything else is just wrong.

Incidentally, my favorite burger place in Plano is Kenny’s Burger Joint. You have to try the Jucy Lucy!
